The Huawei P10 Plus brandishes its cameras as its main selling point. Its rear camera is particularly outstanding compared to competing flagships, coming in with dual sensors: a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor and 12-megapixels for RGB shooting 
. Compared to other imaging-focused phones (belonging to its price tier or even lower), however, its 8-megapixel front-facing camera 
hangs back.
For performance pros and cons, it also sports some pretty robust hardware under the hood. Its octa-core Kirin 960 processor floors what other well-known flagships offer in terms of clock speed -- only slightly trailing behind the larger Note 8, which is also from Huawei. It's also among the first few devices to sport 6GB of RAM (although a 4GB version is also available for less-demanding users).
For smartphone junkies who are less into performance and more into aesthetics, the P10 Plus comes in a wider-than-most (if not the widest) variety of colors as of this article's writing -- namely, Ceramic White, Dazzling Blue, Dazzling Gold, Graphite Black, Mystic Silver, Rose Gold, and Greenery. These colors come in three different finishes (sandblast, hyper diamond-cut, and high-gloss). As for how it might fit in one's hands, it sports one of the thinnest bodies we have seen at 6.98mm .

Keen on not leaving its battery specs behind, Huawei also stocked the P10 Plus with a good amount of battery. It doesn't compare to what battery powerhouses (like the Asus Zenfone 3 Max, as an example) offer, but at 3750mAh , it provides one of the best options among top-tier models. It also doesn't miss out on a quick-charge feature, with its battery-refilling sessions governed by Huawei's Supercharge technology .
From this pros and cons list (or pros and a con, objectively-speaking) the Huawei P10 Plus looks all set to take on the flagship market with its head held up high -- at least on paper. With its selfie camera being the only potential deal-breaker, a wide variety of Android fans -- from performance aficionados to photography enthusiasts -- may take a liking to this 2017 release.
