Alcatel One Touch Idol Alpha Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Alcatel One Touch Idol Alpha, by Alcatel

It seems there are some relatively bright ideas at play with the Idol Alpha - perhaps even as bright as its top and bottom translucent edges when they are lit up (to inform you of your notifications). The 13.1-megapixel camera, for one, and the 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 IPS display, for another. We also think the quad-core processor is a good idea (even though it is only running at 1.2GHz), as well as the 2000mAh battery with its 720 hours (or a month) of standby time. We are still not sure about the Android 4.2 smartphone's rather ambitious name, however, especially given that its 13.3GB user-available memory cannot be expanded, and LTE support is nowhere to be found.
