Tailored to users who are always on-the-go or who love to play, Alcatel's 5-inch Go Play sits somewhere between the entry- and mid-level categories, with an IP67 dust, shock, and waterproof shell 
housing its pros and cons -- consequently making underwater pictures via its 8- and 5-megapixel cameras possible. It also has a pretty wide color palette (available in 8 colors) as well as accessories like splash-proof earphones and wristbands .
A few things we didn't like are its non-removable battery 
, which at least offers a respectable 2500mAh capacity, 1.2GHz quad-core CPU , and 1GB RAM . However, its rather flashy pros have a chance to make up for these rather shadowy shortcomings.
