Alcatel tries to prevent the previous Idol 3 models from being fallen idols with this 2015 5.5-inch follow-up, which features a similar 100% reversible interface and symmetrical design 
. In line with its symmetry, the Idol 3C sports two 2.1W speakers (top and bottom) that represent its JBL and 3D Hi-Fi audio system . It also allows you to manually or automatically mix tracks via the OneTouch Mix application .
While we do not see 4K video recording among its camera features 
, its 13- and 8-megapixel cameras still make for a high-end combo. An equally upscale 64-bit octa-core CPU accompanied by 2GB of RAM (we were expecting 3GB) resides in the engine room.
Wrapping up the 3C's package is an array of vibrantly-colored interchangeable lids , which we would say is a nice touch to its feature set.
