Asus Zenfone Max Pros & Cons Review

Asus takes the Zenfone Max's battery very close to the most power we ever saw for smartphones, at 5000mAh , and adds an inbuilt OTG charging feature that allows you to power up other devices, too. A high-end pair of camera sensors joins its list of pros and cons as well, with the back and front cams standing at 13 and 5 megapixels respectively. Its cameras are accompanied by the Asus's PixelMaster camera app suite and laser autofocus . The Gorilla Glass 4 layer on its 5.5-inch FHD screen also shows much promise. Processing-wise is where the Max seems to struggle at bit, running on only a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU , despite the 64-bit architecture .

All-in-all, the 2015 Zenfone Max is a compelling high-powered Android, but don't expect it to be lightweight with all the power that it packs.
