BLU Neo X Mini Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the BLU Neo X Mini, by BLU

- Analysis by KJ David

As expected of a Mini model, the BLU Neo X Mini is swarmed by miniature specs, which include cons like a 512MB-only RAM and an FWVGA (854 x 480) display resolution . Additionally, it suffers from a 2-megapixel selfie camera and a 5-megapixel rear cam that captures HD-720p videos only , which are nothing new, compared to what many other 2016-released budget Androids offer. The Mini's pretty long list of drawbacks also include a 4GB-only internal memory and a famished 1700mAh battery .

As for its pros, buyers eyeing a low-end phone will likely appreciate its leather backing and metal trim , since we do not often come across Mini models that pay that much attention to design. Its up-to-64GB memory card slot sounds rather relieving as well, but only because of its pretty limited on-board storage.

Altogether, the Neo X Mini's pros and cons are predictable for a cheap starter Android, but several alternatives with more up-to-date feature sets are not that hard to find.
