BLU Studio One Plus Review of Pros And Cons

- Analysis by KJ David

Though its 1.3GHz eight-core processor does not run as fast as many others (they usually run at 1.5GHz or higher) and 2GB RAM falls short of the truly-high-end 3GB capacity, the BLU Studio One Plus is loaded with several upscale pluses (pros) nevertheless.

Its selling points include the phase-detection autofocus technology (PDAF) , delivered through its 13-megapixel FHD-video rear camera. Additionally, its 5.5-inch Full HD IPS-OGS (with BLU Infinite View and Nex Lens technologies) is fitted with a scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass 3 frame . Lastly, its 3200mAh battery power is relatively reassuring, as many of its rivals stay under the 3000mAh threshold.

In summary, the Studio One Plus's pros and cons fail to make it a full-blown high-end device, but specs like PDAF and a robust power cap could still make it a decent mid-range alternative.
