Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro, by Micromax

- Analysis by KJ David

Although it mimics the plain Unite 4's basic 1.3GHz quad-core CPU and 8-megapixel-only main camera (many similar models rock 13-megapixel cams), the Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Pro adds a couple of pros nevertheless.

For starters' it raises the 2500mAh battery power to 3900mAh and doubles the 8GB memory to 16GB . It also features a fingerprint scanner , though it now sits under the rear camera, whereas it was embedded into the front home button for the base model. Other specs include a 2GB RAM , which is an upgrade over the Unite 4's 1GB as well as a 150Mbps maximum data rate on 4G FDD-LTE networks. A typical (as of July 2016) 5-megapixel fixed-focus front camera is on board as well.

With a basic 5-inch HD screen tying its pros and cons together, the Unite 4 Pro ends up as a high-powered, fingerprint-reader-equipped budget Android in our book.
