Oppo F1s Pros & Cons Review

- Analysis by KJ David

Dubbed a selfie expert, just like its Oppo F-series predecessors, the Oppo F1s touts a 16-megapixel front-facing f/2.0 camera , which boasted the highest selfie cam resolution on the market as of its August 2016 entry.

Despite being blessed with the above premium-tier pro, however, this Oppo model was not safe from a couple of middling cons. These setbacks come in the form of a 720p-only 5.5-inch IPS display , though most high-end Android buyers will likely find its 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 protection attractive. We also wonder why the F1s opts for a 3GB RAM , which, even though makes it a high-performance model (alongside its 64-bit eight-core processor ) nevertheless, is not that compelling compared to the F1 Plus's 4GB capacity.

The remainder of its specs include a standard (for high-ranking smartphones) fingerprint sensor , a 3075mAh battery , and a 13-megapixel f/2.2 rear-facing camera . It sits dead center between the F1 and the F1 Plus in terms of storage, offering a 32GB memory expandable by up to 128GB .

Needless to say, the F1s's array of pros and cons calls out to users who are in the hunt for a first-rate selfie smartphone that offers several other high-end perks as well.
