Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact, by Sony

It does not seem likely that Sony will be accused of holding out on the Xperia Z1 Compact, for it looks like the 4.3-inch smartphone is enjoying most of the features that were found in its big brother, the Xperia Z1. It is fitted with the same 20.7-megapixel Exmor RS camera, which tries to produce sharp, clear, and bright photos. Its display still has the Triluminos and X-Reality technologies that work on giving high-quality images - although this time it measures 4.3 inches instead of 5 and it is HD instead of Full HD. These downgrades (if you can call them that) are probably not that important though, especially in light of the retained IP55 and IP58 certifications (for water and dust resistance) and the quad-core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor.
