Equipped with a 6-inch HD-720p screen, the BLU Neo XL is a budget-tier phablet whose specifications include a pair of 8- and 5-megapixel cameras, a 2800mAh battery, and a metal shell inlaid with a leather backing. It comes with 8GB of memory expandable by up to 64GB, a 1.3GHz MediaTek 6580 processor, and only 1GB of RAM. Sadly, this Lollipop-run Android does not offer 4G LTE web browsing, which would have meant a lot, considering the size of its display.
