HTC Desire 825 Review of Pros And Cons

Apparently a lesser version of the Desire 830, the HTC Desire 825's 5.5-inch display suffers from an HD-720p resolution , while many techies like us expect at least a Full-HD-1080p definition on a 5.5-inch surface like that. Also, it comes with half the 830's memory at 16GB as well as a lower RAM capacity, standing at 2GB (the 830 has 3GB of RAM). Its 1.6GHz quad-core processor sounds like a nice pro to counteract those cons, though.

As for the remainder of its specs, the Desire 825 is armed with a pair of 13- and 5-megapixel FHD-video cameras , a microSD card slot that supports up to 2TB of external memory , and a familiar pairing of the Dolby and the HTC BoomSound audio technologies . Lastly, we found its 2700mAh battery power to be passable -- for a middle-class 2016 smartphone, that is.

So, as far as pros and cons go, the Desire 825 is a mid-level Android lugging a bunch of signature HTC perks.
