Despite Android's obvious dominance in the high-end market, Apple might still turn the tides when it releases new iPhone versions, so let's look at the pros and cons of the iPhone 6. Right off the bat, we were quite intrigued with Apple Pay's NFC implementation , which they similarly pitched as a mobile payment system than will soon replace wallets and credit cards. Some other enhancements over previous iPhones include the Retina HD , and Focus Pixels-equipped 8-megapixel camera -- though a higher resolution would have been more appreciated , so we are not sure if we should call this camera a pro or a con... Maybe a procon? We also like how Apple redesigned its architecture, smoothing out its edges with the seamless glass-to-aluminum finish.
All that said, it seems to lack the punch that its 5.5-inch big brother packs, only settling for a 1330 x 750 resolution on 326ppi . Its various memory versions (16GB, 64GB and 128GB) also seem to justify its lack of a microSD card slot (which we still regret among classic iPhone pros and cons). While many of its competitors try to amp up power and performance, it is clear that Apple focused more on sophisticated design and software, which is probably what many upscale buyers look for in an iPhone anyway.
