HTC Butterfly 3 Review of Pros And Cons

Despite the lack of a fingerprint sensor , the HTC Butterfly 3 bursts out of the previous model's high-end cocoon and flies to a flagship-tier shelf with its Duo Camera (20.2-megapixel + secondary sensor for distance information) capable of 4K videos , QHD (2560 x 1440) 5.2-inch display , and dual front-facing Dolby (with HTC BoomSound) speakers . It flaps upscale wings when it comes to selfies and storage as well, sporting a 13-megapixel Full HD selfie camera , while a whopping 2TB's worth of external memory support pumps up its 32GB storage.

For a phone of this caliber, we are not surprised by the Snapdragon 810 octa-core CPU and 3GB RAM. However, only 2700mAh of battery power on a premium-specked Android? That setback might give some users butterflies in their stomachs in the wrong way.

** This phone is also known as: HTC 3 Butterfly, HTC Butterfly III, HTC J Butterfly (Japan)
