Huawei Valiant Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Huawei Valiant, by Huawei

We will give Huawei credit for having the courage to release a smartphone with these features. But it is not all mediocre. For one, the Valiant has a Gorilla Glass 2 screen, just like many high-end smartphones. It is also lightweight, tipping the scales at 4.94 ounces. Finally, it has a long battery life (up to 10 hours of talk-time and 23 days of stand-by time). Unfortunately, everything else about the Huawei Valiant is medieval. It has a VGA front-facing camera (not even 1-megapixel or higher, really?). And with a single core processor and a RAM of 768MB, how does Huawei expect the included Android Jellybean to run smoothly? 4GB of memory and 3G connectivity complete the package -- obviously meant as a basic smartphone for occasional users.
