Despite being a pretty limited basic flip phone, LG's 450 model comes with some perks that may be enjoyed by elder users or those practical buyers with slight problems in vision or hearing. For those with not-so-good eyesight, the text-to-speech technology reads out texts messages for you -- though this feature is also found on many other phones. As for those with slightly impaired hearing, the 450 has M3/T4 hearing aid ratings. The 1.3-megapixel camera and MP3 player also add a touch of multimedia to an otherwise very basic phone. A 950mAh battery stays within the passable mark for basic flip phones, as does this LG 450 model.
