In case you wonder, this is not a smartphone. It's a smart cellphone, also known as a feature phone. The mix of a substandard MP3 player and a 1.2-megapixel camera is definitely a letdown... perhaps LG has been paying more attention to their higher-tier smartphone line? But at least it's a cheap way to access internet on the go. The triple home screen is also a slight plus. The slide-out qwerty keyboard might also prove useful, but there are several other phones with the same form factor anyway. Even though the cheapest Android phones are just a few bucks away, the LG505C (more or less $50) might just buy you enough time if you are saving up for something bigger.
