While their Envoy series clearly caters to practical buyers, LG apparently did not put in too much work to make this third model (Envoy III) even slightly interesting. One of its major setbacks is the lack of microSD (external memory) support, since other basic models offer the feature. The Envoy III is also more bulky (3.86 x 2.01 x 0.74) compared to many other flip phones from other brands. However, it does pack customizable Menu Readouts and hearing aid compatibility -- useful features shared by many basic phones. Maybe LG wanted to keep things at the most basic level - for users who prefer simple devices.
