- Analysis by KJ David
One of two initial K-series models from LG during the CES 2016, the K7's specs include a basic quad-core CPU clocked at 1.3GHz and an 854 x 480 FWVGA 5-inch screen. However, those cons are accompanied by pros like a selfie-flash-equipped 5-megapixel front-facing camera , a 2.5D-arced glass display finish -- note, though, that it comes with an on-cell screen technology and not the LTE version's in-cell touch, which is more indicative of a high-ranking model. Its primary camera stands at either 5 or 8 megapixels, while a 2125mAh battery sits in the engine room. Like the 5.3-inch K10, the K7 is preloaded with the Gesture Shot and Gesture Interval Shot camera options from LG.
At the end of the day, the LG K7 3G's pros and cons pin it to the budget-class Android market, but being a kick-off model for a relatively fresh phone series might turn a few heads.
