LG L40 D160 Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the LG L40 D160, by LG

LG might have rushed this one a bit. For a smartphone released on the first quarter of 2014, a 1.2GHz processor along with pretty limited storage (4GB internal, 512MB RAM) might be a slight letdown. Its 3-megapixel camera and 480 x 320 resolution also float on the sea of basic features. The L40 D160 does, however, run on the long-awaited Android 4.4.2 Kitkat, promising improvements over the Jellybean series. On top of that, the up-to-14.4Mbps HSDPA capability sounds promising. Not to mention that it has a slightly better battery power (1540mAh) compared to other phones within its class. It is new, but with a mix of basic and mid-level specs, it might easily find itself among older smartphones.
