LG Optimus Exceed 2 Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the LG Optimus Exceed 2, by LG

Compared side-by-side against the original Exceed model, the Exceed 2 does not really pull off the superiority of a sequel phone. From what was an admirable 8GB (Exceed), they sadly cut back on internal memory (only 4GB) on the second phone. And they did not even try to make up for it with a larger memory expansion limit. Plus, although it sports a slightly larger screen, display resolutions for both phones are the same. Perhaps the Exceed 2 focuses more on packing recent features, with the latest Android KitKat running 2014 LG signature apps. Battery power also got a slight boost, presumably outlasting the first model in terms of talk and standby time. It did not exceed, much less achieve our expectations, and it might just find itself floating in the large pool of mid-spec Androids.
