LG Realm Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the LG Realm, by LG

- Analysis by KJ David

With a processor that runs on only two cores (1.2GHz), a 4GB internal memory and a 1GB RAM, the LG Realm obviously does not bank on hardware as a selling point. Its cameras are also quite mundane, standing at only 5 and 0.3-megapixels (yes, 0.3 equals VGA). In contrast, though, it offers some of LG's signature perks from an entry-level shelf. Among these, the QSlide function, QuickMemo and Knock Code phone locking feature stand out, as some mid- and high-end smartphones from LG also offer them. Additionally, Corning Gorilla Glass protection is always welcome on any Android. In summary, the Realm tries to make up for in software what it lacks in muscle, and that might just be enough for many entry-level buyers.
