Several familiar terminologies jump out when reading the specs list of this addition to the Lumia range. The ClearBlack AMOLED display, the PureView main sensor that uses Carl Zeiss lenses and has Optical Image Stabilization, super sensitive touch screen, and of course the Windows Phone 8 operating system.
This time around though, the Lumia 928 added the Xenon flash, which Nokia swears ups the low-light performance of its camera. It also has a better listed stand-by time (25 days, as opposed to the Lumia 920 and Lumia 925's 19 days), even with the same 2000mAh battery. At 10.1 mm, it is also thinner than the 920, although the 925 got them all beat with its 8.5-mm-thin body. With its average computing power: 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1GB of RAM (a lot of high-end smartphones have four cores and 2GB RAM), it is probably safe to conclude that the the Lumia 928 is a great camera, but an average smartphone.
