An extra SIM card slot is apparently not the only difference between this variant and the Galaxy A7 Dual SIM, as it seems to shake things up a bit in terms of pros and cons.
To start with, it comes with higher clock speeds on both of its quad-core processors at 1.8GHz and 1.3GHz respectively with the Exynos 5430 split octa-core system. A Mali-T628 MP6 engine also takes over the graphics department this time, though whether it is better than the Adreno 405 GPU is still arguable.
Despite those pros, however, this variant shares the same flaws as its dual-SIM form, offering only an HD resolution and version 4.4 (KitKat) of the Android OS. However, with the similar metal-clad unibody design at 6.3mm , we still expect the Galaxy A7 to line up with other high-end packages from Samsung.
