Samsung Galaxy Avant Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the Samsung Galaxy Avant, by Samsung

The Samsung Galaxy Avant apparently does bring something fresh to the market, as its 4.5-inch qHD display fronts a 16GB internal memory and a 1.5GB RAM - both obviously higher compared to other mid-range models. It also supports memory expansion of up to 64GB, in case you need more than 16GB. The Easy Mode could prove useful for those who want to get to know Android at their own pace. It comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core engine and LET-connectivity, which seems to meet our expectations from a 2014 release. Speaking of expectations, however, the Avant could have done better than CMOS cameras (5-megapixel and 2-megapixel). This tells us that Samsung traded off imaging to amp up memory and performance, and it might still make the Avant a decent mid-level contender, depending on what your needs are... Imaging or capacity?.
