Just like LG's MWC 2016 G5 flagship, Samsung's Galaxy S7 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 2.1GHz + 1.6GHz quad-core processor (for US and most western markets) with 4G of LPDDR4 RAM , though they did not come without a couple of minor cons.

While the S7 lacks the universal USB Type-C technology and has only 3000mAh of power (a few other flagship phones have way more than 3000mAh in the tank), it does feature Fast Charging for both wired and wireless charging. Moreover, it comes with a 64GB UFS 2.0 (Universal Flash Storage) memory expandable by up to 200GB , which is one of Samsung's most-spacious storage caps to date.

Adding to the Samsung Galaxy S7's premium-class specs are the Dual Pixel camera technology , which is delivered through its f/1.7-aperture 1.4um-pixel 12-megapixel camera, as well as an always-on 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED screen .

Nifty features like Samsung Pay (which works with NFC and MST) and a fingerprint recognition system also deck out this 2016 Samsung flagship, with a water-tight and dust-proof IP68 casing tying all its pros and cons together.
