Samsung's Z3 is a 5-inch HD AMOLED smartphone that runs on the Linux-based Tizen UI 
, a mobile OS largely geared towards app developers. With that kind of access, however, its collection of pros and cons suffers from a 1GB RAM 
and a mere 3G HSPA+ network reach , though the Ultra Data Saving Mode and offline browsing option sound nice. Samsung's Ultra Power Saving Mode also comes back alongside its 2600mAh battery. Moreover, a 128GB microSD allowance is a nice touch for phones of this caliber.
Other specs, including its 8-megapixel camera, 8GB memory, and 1.3GHz quad-core CPU, pin it down to entry-level standards, but this Tizen-sporting Samsung phone probably knows what it is about.
