Verykool's Helix II, released in 2016, shares a lot of its predecessor's DNA specs-wise, a fact made obvious by cons like a 1GB-only RAM and a 3G network adapter promising up to 21Mbps data rates only . Additionally, it awkwardly drops from a 13-megapixel rear camera resolution to only 8 megapixels this time.
Its pros, on the other hand, consist of a 5-megapixel selfie cam rigged with a dedicated LED flash as well as a tempered Asahi Dragontrail Glass panel , the latter giving its disapointingly-720p-only 5-inch screen added resistance to cracks and shattering. Moreover, it features a front-facing LED indication light for calls, texts, etc (a common perk, though). Lastly, its package includes a Hi-Fi headset and a semi-transparent cover , which we would say are nice accompaniments for an entry-level smartphone like itself.
You saw it coming... We obviously think the verykool Helix II is nothing but a low-end Android phone, but its collection of pros and cons at least contains a couple of niceties.
