XOLO's Era 2 tries to keep up with its Android era by offering the VoLTE in-call audio technology and a 5-megapixel LED-flash-rigged selfie camera as two of its pros. That said, it does not escape some typical entry-level cons, such as a 1GB-only RAM and a basic 1.3GHz quad-core processor .
Display-wise, the Era 2 is also a bit behind its time, sporting a 5-inch 854 x 480 (FWVGA) screen , although it is coupled with a metallic finish . As for the remainder of its pros and cons, it sports a 5-megapixel 4P-lens f/2.0 rear-facing camera with 1.4-micron pixels , which is not too bad for a phone in this class, with 8GB of memory expandable by up to 32GB working behind the scenes. Its 2350mAh power cap also sounds tolerable -- versus the average as of its release, that is.
So, despite having a few dated specs, the XOLO Era 2 nevertheless caters to entry-level buyers with 4G web browsing and a lot of selfies in mind.
