ZTE Blade V Plus Pros & Cons Review

Picture of the ZTE Blade V Plus, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

Largely geared towards the mid-range smartphone audience, the 5.5-inch ZTE Blade V Plus supports only up to 32GB of microSD storage (many comparable Androids support up to 128GB of external memory) and has an eight-core 64-bit processor clocking in at a relatively-modest 1.3GHz . It also does not have any overlay for its Android 5.1 Lollipop platform like other ZTE smartphones do, which would have at least spiced things up a bit.

That said, the V Plus does come with a few appreciable pros, including a 13-megapixel Full-HD-video rear camera , a 3000mAh battery capacity , and a fingerprint reader . The rest of its specs, which include a 5-megapixel selfie cam, 4G LTE connectivity, and a 16GB memory, are passable mid-tier features as well.

To review, ZTE's Blade V Plus offers a middle-class bundle of pros and cons, which is crowned by fingerprint recognition.
