ZTE Blade Vec 4G Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the ZTE Blade Vec 4G, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

While we appreciate ZTE's effort in slapping on a few notable pros to the Blade Vec 4G, we felt very disappointed in its reduction of the front camera resolution from 5 to 2 megapixels . It could have improved the battery capacity as well, instead of retaining the 3G version's 2300mAh power cap .

Going over to the rest of its pros and cons, this budget 5-incher reels in 4G speeds off LTE Cat4 networks and comes with twice the internal memory (16GB) offered by its 3G sibling. Additionally, a 13-megapixel rear camera now sits where an 8-megapixel sensor once peaked. It may not pack anything our of the ordinary, but the Blade Vec 4G still makes for a more favorable purchase compared to the 3G-limited variant.
