ZTE Overture 2 Review of Pros And Cons

Picture of the ZTE Overture 2, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

The ZTE Overture 2 might actually be just the overture, judging by how its pros and cons settle for entry-level standards. Despite its LTE connectivity, this 4.5-inch sequel to the Overture may yield low-key pictures with its camera pair made of 5- and 0.3-megapixel sensors -- almost a pathetic symphony even by budget Android measures.

However, the Overture 2's selling points include the Dolby Digital Plus audio technology and a Dragontrail Glass display layer . The Qualcomm Quick Charge 1.0 also makes its 2100mAh battery sound more promising than usual. The grande finale is the included Android 5.0 Lollipop platform, which sounds just about right for a 2015 release, but it may be a tad poco for the quad-core 1.2Ghz processor and its basic 1GB of RAM.
