ZTE Warp Elite Review & Pros And Cons

- Analysis by KJ David

The ZTE Warp Elite is an overall improvement over the Warp Sync, though we do not believe elite is the proper tag for the pros and cons that it has to offer.

For starters, this model settles for an HD display resolution , which even though respectable, falls inferior to the Full HD (1080p) screens on some similarly-priced devices. Some users might not like its non-removable battery , too, despite the promise of its 3000mAh capacity, with Qualcomm's Quick Charge v1.0 tagging along. The Warp Elite's main pros lie in imaging, though, with its 13- and 5-megapixel camera duo being more advanced than those on older Warp models. Also, its 16GB memory and 2GB RAM are nifty touches for a mid-range release.

Verdict: though failing to deserve its Elite title, the Warp Elite warps ZTE's mid-range series to slightly higher standards.
