Probably the biggest attraction in the SKY Platinum 6 Plus is its 13-megapixel main camera 
. At its price point, this resolution may be considered competitive. Its selfie camera, on the other hand, sticks to a more-average 5-megapixel lens.

Sitting comfortably in the phablet territory is its 6-inch screen. What may spoil the experience for large-screen junkies, however, is the 1280 x 720 
resolution -- giving a pixel count that may still be acceptable for smaller smartphones, but is probably not the best for the Platinum 6 Plus' screen.

Another glaring con is the rather-small (for both its price and era) internal memory. Although it may be supplemented using the 32GB microSD memory expansion slot , an 8GB smartphone , at least by 2017 standards, seem to belong more to ultra-basic phones.
Supplementary to this memory aspect is its 1GB RAM . Another spec that seems to belong to a much-lower-priced phone, it's easily a lacking feature compared to the 2GB RAM offered by other phones. The fact that its hardware specs, which include a 1.3GHz quad-core MT6580 processor, don't stray beyond the average domain doesn't help, either.
As for its battery-related pros and cons, we can't find exact values regarding its usage time. From the information available, however, it seems likely that this model will under-perform in the longevity department. Its 2800mAh battery is not painfully-lacking, but it is evident at this point that 3000mAh-and-above devices are taking over the market.
A redeeming quality for this phone is its aesthetic value. SKY models are generally pleasing, design-wise. Its metallic back cover , which comes in gold, silver, and gray, is not a common sight at its price range.
Over-all, these pros and cons show that the Platinum 6 Plus has what it takes to compete with its colleagues when it comes to its camera and aesthetic value. However, these advantages are offset by unimpressive hardware, relative-low storage, and poor battery.
