Alcatel OneTouch Pixi 3 4 Review & Pros And Cons

While it has the typical cons of a budget smartphone, Alcatel's Pixi 3 does come with a couple of pros that make it a rather unique model.

This 4-inch variant interestingly supports platforms other than its preloaded Android 4.4 KitKat OS namely, Windows 8.1 and the open source Firefox 2.0. The Pixi 3 is also the first model in Alcatel's Pixi family to offer LTE connectivity tied up with a 4G Download Booster .

That said, it comes with a pretty low-key camera pair (by 2015 standards) regardless if you grab the 2/0.3-megapixel or 5/1.3-megapixel version. Its 512MB RAM is pretty limited, too.

Bottom-line: The Pixi 3's pros and cons might leave you enthused over an entry-level model.
