It is quite hard to link the Polaroid Link A4's pros and cons with its 2015 release date, as its low-end specs put it a cut below most comparable entry-level Androids.
Kicking off its cons are its minimal 4GB memory and 512MB RAM
, though the up-to-64GB microSD support
is a nice touch. Just like the A5 and A6 models, this 4-incher also settles for a dual-core 1.3GHz engine
, whereas many other 2015 smartphones run on quad-core CPUs. Additionally, its Bluetooth v3.0
is a rare sight, considering the popularity of v4.0 among budget-class smartphones.
The A4's selling points, on the other hand, include 0.41 (head) and 0.73 (body) SAR values , both of which are lower than the respective averages. Its HSPA+ connectivity
is also decent, but it might not be enough to save it from its drawbacks.
