Alcatel's Pixi Pulsar is a 2015-released budget Android that is way behind its time (...and shows it with its low price, admittedly) with its 4G LTE connectivity being delivered though a 4-inch screen, making it a mini version, and a modest dual-core system (1.3GHz). Its other specs include an M3/T3 hearing aid rating, 4GB of memory expandable by up to 32GB, and no more than 512MB of RAM aiding its CPU. Its 1400mAh battery scores a disappointing 342-minute talk time, but even more bothersome is its lack of a frontal camera, settling for a single 2-megapixel rear-facing cam instead.
