Similarly lined up for an after-purchase upgrade to the Windows Phone OS 10, the 5.7-inch Cortana-equipped Lumia 640 XL is the 640's more capable big brother. Several of its specs differ from that of the 5-inch model, including the 3000mAh battery, 13-megapixel ZEISS optics rear camera, and 5-megapixel Skype-integrated selfie cam.
Over on the hardware department, it mimics the 640 with its 1.2GHz quad-core engine, 1GB RAM, and 8GB internal memory expandable to up to 128GB via microSD. The XL also comes in two variants: dual-SIM 3G and dual-SIM LTE.
