Description:
Taking after the original R9's high-end profile, the Oppo R9s touts back-to-back 16-megapixel cameras -- the rear one equipped with dual phase-detection autofocus -- and a 5.5-inch FHD-1080p AMOLED display furbished with Corning's Gorilla Glass 5 technology.
Supporting the aforementioned specs are an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 625 2GHz CPU, a 4GB RAM, and a 3010mAh battery pack with VOOC Flash Charge. As for storage, its 64GB internal memory can be expanded by up to 256GB. The R9s also features a relatively fresh six-string antenna design claiming stronger overall performance over the typical (as of its release) white-band design. Also on board is a fingerprint sensor crafted with a hydrophobic membrane and Oppo's ColorOS 3.0, which is largely based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
