Plum's Axe Plus might not be the powerful tool that you expected, as its specs include a blunt 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display, a dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, and a 5-megapixel rear camera. It also brings an HSPA+ adapter to the table, but relies on a low 1200mAh battery. An additional camera sitting at 1.3 megapixels joins its entry-level profile as well.
