The Motorola E4 Plus is definitely a step-up compared to the models in the previous Moto E generation as far as battery power goes. For context, the Motorola Moto E3 Power -- aptly named so for having the highest mAh count among the E3 bunch -- sports a 3500mAh battery. This 2017 version, however, has a whopping 5000mAh fuel reserve .

Next on this pros and cons list is the E4 Plus' physical features. Probably as a result of the large battery, the oomph factor that may have been introduced by the phone's sleek-looking metal exterior and 2.5D glass display is compromised a bit by the thickness of the E4 Plus' body. At 9.5mm , it's appreciably-bulkier than many other models.

This water-repellent device also has a promising 13-megapixel rear-facing camera . The 5-megapixel sensor on the front isn't as exciting, but the LED flash beside it gives it additional character.

As bold as the E4 Plus has been in its battery, its approach to tackling the performance department was noticeably more subdued. With 2GB of RAM and a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, its hardware is average at best .
These pros and cons lead us to the conclusion that the 4th-generation Motorola Moto E Plus is, first and foremost, a big-battery device, seeing that this makes up practically most of its personality. It may not be as outstanding in terms of its other specs, but at least it has evidently applied much effort in the field of specialty that it has selected for itself.
